JOB PURPOSE: CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST
JOB PURPOSE: This position is responsible for capturing voice of the customer, identifying critical customer requirements, measuring our effectiveness meeting those needs and Sponsoring or leading Customer Experience projects. This role is also responsible for developing communications with customers to encourage participation in our Voice of Customer data collection processes, reporting internally and externally how we are meeting customer expectations and how we are doing compared to other Cat Dealers and our Competition.
QUALIFICATION & RELEVANT WORKING EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree of Business management, Finance, Accounting, Computer science, Information technology
1-3 years of direct work experience in the field of marketing and working with international brands
Ability to implement the job individually and with the team.
Ability to learn, good organizational and communication skills, honesty.
Problem-solving and organizing skills to work at the location specified by the employer,
Effective oral and written skills in Mongolian and English
Good at making analysis on data and taking proactive action
Effective team player with service-oriented mind
Good at processing documentation
Must have proficient computer skills
Maintain the confidentiality of all company information.
