JOB PURPOSE: To develop and implement plans and structures and to assist and support Contract administration activities and tasks. This position is also responsible for analyzing, distributing and maintaining reports, data input into EMSTT, monitor CVA metrics and scorecards as well as working cross functionally within the departments of the Company.
QUALIFICATIONS & RELEVANT WORKING EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/business administration
- Previous experience working on Contract administration and data analysis
- High interpersonal and communication skill
- Effective oral and written skills in Mongolian and English
- Extensive customer service knowledge
- Good at processing documentation
- Must have proficient computer skills
- Ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees
- Maintain the confidentiality of all company information
